Approach

The 543 Group believes that every brand touch point, no matter its significance, is an opportunity to either enhance or tarnish your brand.  Online marketing, broadcast, collateral, customer service, POS, trade events, blogs, and managing the 'buzz' amongst customers and prospects - they all require expert internal leadership and often partnership with specialists, regardless of the markets being served.

All brand touch points leave an impression, generally one that can be measured, and almost always one that affects the top and/or bottom line of an organization. A well-defined marketing strategy that considers all touch points in the customer lifecycle, and is implemented properly, usually leads to significantly increased ROI.

The 5-4-3 Method

The 543 Group Method examines needs during each of the 5 stages of your brand - from Awareness, to Attraction, Acquisition, Affinity, and Advancement.  We then develop plans that encompass 4 core components - Audience Stratification, Brand Platform & Messages, Communications and Channel Options, and Marketplace Issues and Influences.  Those plans drive 3 types of outcomes - those desired, those that actually occur, and the resulting ROI.

Of course, based on our experience with scores of other brands, a rigorous approach to each component above enables us to drive out initiatives that will best serve your goals and objectives.  Contact us to learn more.
